Bait Your Hooks!

Our parish is hosting their annual fundraiser dinner on April 16th, and we as a school will be participating. The theme this year is “Fishing Opener 2016”, and we are running an event called “School of Wine.”
We will have a traditional “fish pond” that will produce bottles of wine! The donated bottles of wine will have a fish attached with a number. Participants will “fish” over a screen/sheet and receive a number to correspond with a wine bottle.
The teachers and staff are looking to collaborate with parents in this effort. In order to make this event a success, we need wine! We will be accepting wine donations in the school office from now until Friday, April 8th. Bring wine and earn hours toward your volunteer time at school. Please see below for earning potential for your donation:
$15 bottle – 1 volunteer hour
$25 bottle – 2 hours
$35 bottle – 3 hours
$50 bottle – 4 hours
$75 bottle – 5 hours
$100+ bottle – 6 hours
We’re hoping for a variety of wines!

What Can You Do?

In addition to a generous donation of wine, we are also looking for parents who are interested in volunteering their time to help make our event successful. There will be many opportunities to volunteer time prior to the event, as well as the night of the event. More details to follow.
