Tuition & Fees

Tuition is determined annually by the School Advisory Council. For the 2021-22 school year, tuition is $4,500 per student in grades K-5. New this year, St. Jude of the Lake Catholic School is offering a Grade 6 option with a tuition of  $4, 800. We offer a 3% discount to families with more than one student if the tuition is paid by August 15, 2021. We also offer a 3% discount to families enrolling two or more students. Only one discount applies per family.

St. Jude of the Lake offers many assistance opportunities to our families. To apply for assistance, please click the financial aid application box, available on the TADS website, at www.mytads.com, to start the process. Once your TADS portion is complete, you are automatically eligible for other financial gifts as well from AIM Higher and Catholic Community Foundation. If your family would benefit from further form of financial assistance, please contact the office to inquire about the St. Jude of the Lake Angel Fund.

Only one discount or financial aid award is allowed to be used per family and discounts cannot be combined with other discounts or financial aid awards.

The full cost to educate a child in K-5th Grade is $8,400/student; St. Jude of the Lake Church invests the difference of $3,900 per student from financial support from Sunday collections. Last year, the Church shared 20% of the Sunday collections, or $290,625,  with our school to share in the financial cost to educate the students of St. Jude of the Lake School.

Enrollment Fees

St. Jude of the Lake Catholic School now uses  Continuous Enrollment, an efficient way for our families to manage enrollment from year to year. There’s no need to re-enroll every year. Once your children enroll, they are continuously enrolled until graduation from St. Jude or the family follows a withdrawal procedure.

The enrollment fee for families is $300 per student. This fee is non-refundable and is not applied to the tuition cost. There is a $165.00 Student Technology, Supplies, and Activities Fees due prior to the start of the school year to cover the field trips, science lab supplies and technology maintenance. This is a slight increase from last year due to the rising cost of everything that it covers. There are several extracurricular and athletic opportunities available to our students that will require a nominal fee to participate. 
If you would like to defer this payment, please contact the school office as soon as possible.  All deferred registration fee payments are due by June 30, 2021.

Mar. 19 —Aim Higher Scholarship & Financial Aid Award Letter Distribution from the Aim Higher Foundation

Mar. 26 —St. Jude Financial Award Letters Distribution
We’re all in this together! There are many St. Jude Alumni & Friends that loved Catholic School education for their kids AND would love to continue to make the opportunity work for other families through our Angel Fund, which offers financial gifts for families to help with tuition. Extended Care Program

St. Jude of the Lake Catholic School offers before and after school care on a per-session, as-needed basis.
