Guess what? This year at St. Jude of the Lake Catholic School has been absolutely awesome! Since we’ve added a brand-new Grade 6-8 Middle School and 50 amazing middle school students, our Penguin Power is shining SO bright, you might need sunglasses!
But wait, there’s more! Our Middle School now has this multiple-grades “House System.” It’s like Hogwarts, but with a faith-centered twist.
Students and staff are randomly sorted into one of four Houses: HOPE, COURAGE, FAITH, or CHARITY, each with its own color, saint, and Bible verse. We’re talking friendly House competitions, teaming up for service projects, and rocking LINKS (Life Involves New Kids of Skills) sessions – all about personal growth and community vibes.
And not to be forgotten, we’ve got some awesome religion retreats in the works to help students deepen their spiritual connections.
We are enjoying the new adventure to make our school community even more tight-knit! 🐧✨
